Stephen Ascher, Chairman
Steve Ascher has over 47 years in the securities and financial markets. Mr. Ascher serves on various company boards and has served on the Small Firm Advisory Board of the NASD. Steve brings strong financial and strategic guidance to the company.
Ken Finster, President and Chief Technology Officer
Ken managed technology commercialization projects from 1976 to 2004 at his own Southern California manufacturing firm. His customers were OEM manufacturers in various industries, including semiconductor equipment OEMs. Prior to that, he was product coordinator for Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometer (SIMS) products at Applied Research Laboratories, a division of Bausch and Lomb. Ken holds electrical engineering and MBA degrees.
Gary Awad, Director
Gary is founder of ThreeG Capital and has over 30 years of experience in business development. Gary brings negotiation, deal structuring, and strategic expertise to the company, and previously served as Executive Vice President of Unocal International Energy Ventures, Ltd. and Vice President of Global Development for Fluor Corp.
Charles Stephens, Director
Chuck has held CEO, COO, Vice President of Engineering, and Vice President of Manufacturing positions at a number of companies in aerospace, specialty materials/chemicals, distribution, and consulting firms.
Dean Stephan, Advisor
Dean served as Partner, Director, and President of Pankow Operating, Inc. During his tenure, annual volume grew from $25M to $650M. Dean is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, and a Distinguished Alumnus, Stanford University.
