Ken Finster, President and Chief Technology Officer
Ken managed technology commercialization projects from 1976 to 2004 at his own Southern California manufacturing firm. His customers were OEM manufacturers in various industries, including semiconductor equipment OEMs. Prior to that, he was product coordinator for Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometer (SIMS) products at Applied Research Laboratories, a division of Bausch and Lomb. Ken holds electrical engineering and MBA degrees.
Ross Olney, Technical Project Manager
Ross has over thirty-five years of experience in Ion Thruster, Semiconductor, and Automotive Technologies, with most of that time spent at the prestigious Hughes Research Laboratories in Malibu, California. He has also taught several college courses in physics, optics, lasers, mathematics, and creativity. Ross holds 18 patents with numerous published papers, conference presentations, and industry awards. Ross’s background includes a BS and MS in physics.
